The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect and will not be affected by the removal or adjustment of any individual provision.

Sutton ADU San Jose provides professional home services to customers in San Jose, CA and the surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and to our assessment of the conditions at your property. We reserve the right to decline or modify the scope of any job based on that assessment.
Some work arranged through suttonadusanjose.com may be carried out by qualified independent contractors who operate as part of our professional network. When that is the case, those professionals are coordinated through us and are expected to meet our standards of workmanship and conduct. Regardless of who performs the work, your point of contact and primary relationship remains with Sutton ADU San Jose.
6. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of CA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms, our website, or the services we provide shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in CA. By using our site or services, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
7. Estimates and Pricing
Any estimate we provide is given in good faith based on the information available to us at the time. Estimates are not guaranteed fixed-price quotes. If our technician or contractor arrives on-site and finds conditions that differ materially from what was described - such as hidden damage, code compliance requirements, or access issues - the final price may need to be adjusted.
We will not proceed with work at a revised price without first notifying you of the change and obtaining your approval. If you choose not to proceed after a revised estimate is presented, you will not be charged for the work itself, though a diagnostic or trip fee may apply as disclosed at the time of scheduling.
